I'm curious... What's the percentage of homeless people that are down on their luck? That if you helped them out they could get somewhere.

How many are self-destructive and the only reason they survive is because natural selection is obsolete?

Sometimes I feel bad for the poor and homeless. But there have been multiple times I encounter someone who ruins the image that no everyone is bad.
