i looked again , and it looks like they did remove it from the list? I'm sure its still taken into consideration

i not only have that but

1) 5 day old lns, SAME shit happened to me and i got this response:

"how is this an LNS violation? you hadnt been killed for days before this"'

2) He was entering a mass pvp fight at OT/Skyfire he is <CS> and admits it

3) Toxic trash talk
