six fucking 5's = 30mg .. that's barely enough for a normal person to buzz, let alone someone with a supposed tolerance.

however, it's ~2 grams of tylenol, which you know is extremely bad for you.

Supposedly 4 grams of apap in a 24 hour period is considered the maximum safe dose. With the state that naez's liver is likely in from drinking 5 colt 45's a night for 10 years its probably asking for trouble though.

You can take a lot of tylenol, fellas. he's not gonna OD on that, its gonna be 12+mgs of kpin with the opiate and alcohol that stops his heart.

fortunately he's using a weak ass opiate, so he should be fine if he doesn't overdo it, but the alcohol could be trouble.

have personally consumed 600+ mgs of oxycodone along with a few mgs of xanax and was fine, but i had a crazy (obviously) opiate tolerance and didnt drink.

lots of people prefer hydro over oxy because it doesn't give you more of a relaxed than the speedy feeling
