IIRC they removed the Learning skills from the game and increased base attributes, believe the only way to raise them now is implants.

Also, if you think that's bad, wait til you trying for like Capital Ship training...oh, 50 days for that next rank, awesome...

implants and redoing your attributes, i'm set for combat piloting, cruiser training would have taken an extra couple of hours without em.

Or no, they just removed the learning skills didn't they? Im thinking of when you could build your starting character such that you'd have a couple level V skills right at the start.

yeah, learning skills removed and replaced with attributes, which speed up training substantially if you put them in the right place. I'm trained in perception and willpower, which speeds up ship training and weapons training from a couple hours to it shaving off a day of my frigate 5
