Train your attributes like I told you. Saves massive amounts of time.

IIRC they removed the Learning skills from the game and increased base attributes, believe the only way to raise them now is implants.

Also, if you think that's bad, wait til you trying for like Capital Ship training...oh, 50 days for that next rank, awesome...
