You can actually bank in the qeynos sewers Bloodsabers guild, but you wont be able to vendor if you are dubious, some dark elves are apprehensive depending on class

I mean in terms of a 30 second doodle vs spending a couple hours in photoshop, theres one commonality of all my characters.. they have happy-evil faces. 100%
