As an agnostic rogue I have no issues in Cabilis with the Iksar mask.

In hindsight, it was foolish of me to go Bristlebane. The cultural armour is worthless, and now I con scowls even with the mask.

Well, I realised if I'm very cautious, I can still sell and bank at Cabilis using sneak. It was just for taking a pitstop.

Anyway, I have an agnostic Bard that can use the mask.

Just kind of annoying how Bristlebane really doesn't confer any advantage in the P99 timeline.

On the reverse side, like you said, you can still sell and bank there. And a Halfling Bristlebane Rogue is like peak RP.

I have also lost connection while running through Cabilis and when you log back in your illusion is gone. That can be disastrous if you happen to be near a guard as those Cab guards are no joke.

I want to say 'Cabilis Residents' but i am probably wrong.
