Ive used various non 15 damage piercers and none have ever hit max dmg as a 15 piercer backstab. even with primal and max attack power buffs. Also afaik backstab modifiers and all that such were never in game until luclin patch. so regardless if its a 15/19 it should not have the modifier, but no idea what devs are doing with that.

Not sure of the timeline on the other Luclin stuff, but if they get the upgraded itemization and rogues don't-- that is a raw deal.

Hopefully the fair thing happens.
