Yeah that's what put a bad spin on the ordeal, when I had a chance to get the plate, there was no issue yet. In retrospect, I should start taking plates down when I even get a whiff of an issue. Lesson learned.

When he slowed down to 40 mph in a 75mph zone and let me pass in the far left lane (forced pass, he was driving to endanger), I should have taken his plate on that basis alone since that's essentially a felony (driving to endanger, criminal driving).

Again, its tough to suspect anything until you aren't able to get a plate. Can't see very well, and its mostly highway driving on this one.

My relative suspected they were most likely not white and had been watching CNN tonight and felt extra tough. They knew I was white-presenting, as they let me pass and identified me since only my back window is tinted, not the sides.
