Mmmmm Warrior it is. Good thing my favorite race is a halfling, sadly I cannot make a Halfling Ranger. So Halfling Warrior, Rogue or Druid. Decisions decisions....

Everyone in a group gets the same % xp per kill, regardless of any race/class penalties or bonuses. A halfling warrior and troll sk grouped together would get a different amount of xp per kill, but due to penalties and bonuses, they would level at the same rate.

The penalty from the troll would be divided amongst the group. If you were duoing, instead of you getting a 20% xp penalty, you and your partner would get a 10%xp penalty.
