Last week, I successfully MQ'ed a Robe of the Whistling Fists. I took all the precautions to make sure it was successful. I thought I didn't get the ROTWF and handed it back in by mistake, leading to my item being eaten.

I was denied reimbursement last night, because Sirken said "we do not support multi questing". I am certainly in the wrong for not checking the robe or equipping it. How annoying that it was written off as just another failed MQ when people are reimbursed for turn-ins to the wrong NPCs all the time.

Apparently you didn't take precautions. Can't take 5 seconds to right click the item before handing it in?

Also, why do 2 separate trades on your side if you had the items?

The decision has been made and it is HIGHLY unlikely that Sirken will reconsider. This thread is for information purposes only for anyone that messes up a turn-in.

I'll be extra careful to avoid any interactions of this sort with the server staff from here on out.

on red99 they do reimburse for mq's

there was an instance involving nirgon and colgate and 3 wizards

nirgon and colgate mq'd the cazic skin and a staff from VS for a wizard epic

2/3 wizards handed in here staves to the correct npc

one of the wizards gave all his items to a MERCHANT!

2/3 of the wizards got there epic that day

1 had colgate and nirgon petition quest on the forums till they REIMBURSED ANOTHER CAZIC SKIN.... and the staves to the wizard who goofed

that skin was used later in the future to piggy back multiple wizard epics

only on red... true story if I were you I would be upset

rules are not stone they are case by case and your case is dismissed
