I think AoC would present a more appropriate venue for this sort of thing from a a RP standpoint, but could sure be a fun way of making things a challenge^^ As an all priest/ caster guild I don't see why this wouldn't work for grouping to 60. Any firm of melee wouldn't work because if you have players within melee range, one will be tanking.
