Can people seriously buy a toon for plat then get it renamed?

Agree with this.

Level 50 is overrated and, frankly, boring. If these people want to miss out on the fun part of the game it's their own issue. Let them pay for it too, while they are at it.

Well, I really don't see this affecting any gameplay. The only place I see any offers for this, besides the forums, is EC - those are few and far between as it is.
