Cleric 20-30 for the ench. Bard 20-30 for any class with decent pb aoe (and preferably a manastone / fungi :P)

If the class can pbaoe, bard from the minute said class gets aoe on.

For classes that can't aoe, I'd wager druid up until the point that it's more efficient to kill big mobs for 10% of a level per kill. Any class that can feign death or charm can work. I'd wager the speed of PL is more dependent on the skill of the person doing the powering.

ragefire arms + potion ds, manastone / donals for mana :3 I can grab maybe 12-15 gnomes at once and DS em down while the person gets tags. It's quite fast. I can do larger pulls and refill quicker than druids, even with manastone / robe of the spring.

To accurately record all this data I'll need separate power levels from each interested party, we can divide it into brackets such as 20-30, 30-40, etc.. I can run logs and record footage for later analyzing.

I still think that is slower than a good druid in Kedge. I really don't use too much mana unless I screw up or I am PLing 40+. I can hold 80% mana for the entire duration and be actively pulling the entire time for 20-30 with just Robe/Manastone. Even better now that Mask is finally fixed $$.

Necro PLing in Kedge, I PLed a cleric from 40-51 in there in 12 hours(was double exp during the ddos attacks). Works with any class but cleric sped the process up since he would heal my lich damage.
