What is the best powerleveling 20-30
 

What are the best methods for powerleveling 20-30 for an enchanter, and maybe even a cleric. I know some classes can take advantage of aoe with bards but the enchanter is not one of them. Any advice?

FD powerleveling, with a monk or necro.

Many classes can so it - some better than others.

As a bard for early 20s were I tasked with it I'd probably just pull a dozen or so dark blue mobs (dblue to you) and aggro lock with aoe slow/snare - low level nuke damage each once then let mobs die to ds. As you get higher it's harder to straight up tank nonstop.

Charming also works. Bard dots a target down to bear death charm and break and let lowbie finish it off. Goal here is to find high level mobs that will give a ton of relative xp per kill.

Having a pbaoe makes it a lot easier.

Well, in that case I'd have to say "grab a 50 druid and assist their soloing with thorns/regen/sow/skin".

I know Daldaen can take most classes up to 30 pretty easily with a druid PL. I've never done a druid PL, but I've heard they sort of drop off at level 30 and above compared to other types of PLs.

If I were going to PL an enchanter, I'd get mobs that give max experience to enchanter, beat them low with melee, charm them, break charm, and have enchanter do killing blow to get like 10-12% exp per kill.

Again, this is basically a FD PL; one advantage bards might have over other classes is that they can snare mobs and keep them from running away. I always wonder how monks stop the mobs from running away.

I'll bet 50k I can PL any class 20-30 faster than an FD PLing monk or necro or SK.

I will not however bet against a bard PLing an AOE Class.

I'd argue a competent 60 Druid is the best speed PLing 1-50 excluding bard AOE/Chardok proxy PL. 50-60 I haven't really bothered trying, but compared to a proxy I doubt it's great... But I may dick around with it in the future.

A low 50s Druid will taper off around 25 though.

depends on the class, when I power leveled my buddy on his level 7 epic rogue, I did it on my 60 shaman. getting him to 50 was such a joke.

I will be the guinea pig for you guys to test if you want, just from 20-24 is fine on my shaman but if you really want more testing done getting to 29 is ok by me.

I know I know, its crazy that i'd offer myself for testing purposes but I believe in the greater good. For all mankind, lizardkind, and those frozen veggies no one likes.

Cleric 20-30 for the ench. Bard 20-30 for any class with decent pb aoe (and preferably a manastone / fungi :P)
