This server is classic in many ways but not when it comes to raiding. P99 has a high concentration of over achievers with nothing else to do that would normally be spread across 30+ servers. Combine that with absolutely no risk for doing questionable actions due to the nature of how accounts are free here, and you end up with the furthest thing you can get to a classic eq raiding environment. People will will just have to get use to it. Policies that worked for the verant/soe run servers may not necessarily work for the p99 type environment and still give that "classic" feel.
