My launcher only says 2 players online, i get to loading screen and it says service not avail.

Apparently the server cap is 700 and even with such a low number it's experiencing problems.

Not that that affects me because I still haven't gotten the activation email.

I ended up installing, patching then said it was too new, patched to 1.109, now it says 2 players online, service not available, it also says I have no account, asks if I want to make one and if I want to print???

Uninstall your patcher, install the newest version. Then you should be good.
