Need legal advice from red99 PnP lawyers, Monk FD scenario, is it "legal" or not

read only the first post -- will continue clearing agro when engaged by another on my monk in PvE situations.

it's not training, it's whomever attacks being ballsy and/or dumb enough to attack a monk with mobs around when they know the situation can easily change for the worse.

any monk can argue the intention was to avoid PvE death, not training.
