Honor gear? Titles? PvP zone events (Eastern Plaguelands, Silithus)...plenty of PvP rewards.
Most of what you just mentioned didn't exist in Vanilla...

Wait so... it's going to be a WoW PvP server and the battlegrounds is supposed to be where we get most of our PvP? Oh fuck me... if I wanted that kind of PvP I'd play TeamFortress. When I read "WoW PvP Server" and knew it would be emulated I figured "Ok someone is finally going to take Vanilla WoW and put a pair of proper PvP testicles on it" but if this is all we're doing I'm not sure how long that will last. How long do you suspect PvP BG queues will be on an emulated server?

the reason why world pvp died in wow is cause you could have qued anywhere, but you gotta que up in a major city in classic wow. that being said most of the world pvp will happen while leveling up, ganking groupers and raiders, and ppl just looking to have some world pvp.i think hes going to implement a world pvp reward system for getting honorable kills for exp to make world pvp more competitive.

There are effectively no instances as well - yes, you'll zone into another zone, but anyone else can enter your instance as well/they are all shared. There will be competition on all targets.

I'm being serious. One thing I always hated about WoW was instances serving as safezones on PvP servers.
