Yes, and the smart players would. Why is gear allowed to be different at all if they are going to limit some of it?

To make things fair, characters could be given the exact same gear and made to be the same race for the botb.

Wizard weren't allowed to use right clicks on Veeshan. It had to do with the clicking of a instant spell, refreshing your spell icons instantly. No idea about the other servers.
