same exact mob? different mobs have different damage tables depending on loc/type, regardless of /con

Same exact mobs. The Nybright sisters. At level 13, they hit for less than at level 14. Other than my level, the only other thing that may have changed was from teh patch on Tuesday. This was over the course of at least 10 kills that I noticed this.
