Not quite exactly; we have only 1/4 to 1/3 of the population that most Live servers had plus a smaller proportion of new players. Consequently there's no "overflow" to populate the second- and third-tier zones. Hence zones like Cazic and Permafrost go largely un-used. Lack of people is probably the largest impediment to doing these zones on P1999.

No, I meant the horrible, horrible pathing and healing through walls [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] It's why I tried CT a few times on live and eventually gave up. Couldn't get a group cohesive enough to handle it.
