Dispelling other players mobs legal?

Taunting a player is allowed in every way.

Dispelling their mobs is not, unless like the perpetrator, you're in TMO.

And since everyone on this server is a 'Young rules lawyer" they love to push the limits right into the grey area. Obviously this scenarios seems pretty cut n dry but needlessly taunting a player, especially one whos struggling and simply asked for help from someone they see as a knowledgeable, is unnecessary, crude, and undeserving of gm help imo.

Maybe you were bored from grinding all day and just wanted an amusing reaction, there ya go! amused most of us )
