Play on red and blue at same time?

Does it count as 2boxing if you are playing on PVP server and PVE server at same time?

For example... I am sitting in everfrost waiting for miragul to spawn on PVE. If I load up another client and play on PVP am I going to get in trouble? Seems like it shouldn't matter.

No it does not count. You can have 1 toon logged into each server and it be ok.
