I like how courts can 'throw out' this information and pretend it still isn't going to have an effect on the jury.

With how little evidence actually exists, a decent lawyer could make a trademark case out of this for Zimmerman. Going to be hard to refute the fact that Zimmerman's been deemed guilty by the media and populous before he was ever given a fair trial in court
