Spells: Pack Regeneration Spell Particles

This is using the updated particles instead of the classic blue healing particle.

Not high enough to check Pack Chloroplast.

Just casted pack regen and can say its using the updated version (the purple/green ball over the head)

Now that I'm high enough to test Pack Chloroplast as well:

Pack Chloroplast is using classic particles, it's just pack regen.

I think these are correct with the upcoming kunark spell file. This is the way I see them.
