Level 49 wizard Spells:

Translocate: Cobalt Scar Single Target teleport to Cobalt Scar. Vel. Alt. Sol. Ro. 225
Translocate: Great Divide Single Target teleport to Great Divide Vel. Alt. Sol. Ro. 225
Translocate: Iceclad Single Target teleport to Iceclad Ocean. Vel. Alt. N.Karana. 225
Translocate: Wakening Lands Single Target teleport to Wakening Lands. Vel. Alt. Sol. Ro. 225

These do not appear prior to Dec.1 2001 on the Wayback machine, but are here on this date. Were they available towards the end of Velious as a pre-luclin thing? Or put in once SoL came out?

Wizard spells are confusing as to when they added certain Translocate spells specifically.

Check the link out and try different dates, but I can not find anything conclusive as to when they came into existence.

This spells drops in icewell keep. I personally had no luck yet after camping there for a few hours, but my friend got his there.
GREAT SPELL, By Belfrain - veeshan (1/28/2001)

This spell is definitely a one person targetable spell. Must be grouped with person you intend to translocate. We have seen 2 drop in the Plane of Growth off of the horses. Incredibly usefull spell for zones with one way entrances.
EXCELLENT SPELL, By Kordus (1/28/2001)

This spell was found on a chodoki rat in necropolis. I feel this is one of the most useful spells we get in velious. You target a member of your party, click this spell and they are sent to their own bind spot. Ever had a case where a tank needed to leave but you were the only wizard and then the raid had to end? Well, with this spell you no longer have to worry about that.

THE SPELL COMES FROM..

It comes from a quest starting in skyshrine. You have to have max ally faction with Claws of Veeshan. You also must be level 60 to turn the final 3 items in. Talk to Lawyla in the upper castle area. She starts the quest.

BAH! This spell only hits Velketor and Tormax that I know of. Might hit Vindicator, but even if it does that's a whole 3 giants to use it against. Verant give me a break. Sheesh. PO'ed wizard

Ok, i spent all day in Kael getting up my
CoV faction for my armor, lol. Friend ask
me if i wanna go to WW and kill some named
dragons (yes doable, we did with 4 people)
so i said sure, i knew that i would loose
faction. Oh well back to the point, we
were fighting Yeldema (she is one of the
only named dragons in WW that doesnt have
an AoE Dispell and DD) she dropped quick
and dropped this. Many other higher lvl
spell such as this one dropped too off of
other named.

You must speak to Dragon Sage in Western Wastes to get the Quest, located on East Wall near the Northern end of zone. Get coin from him. Take to Tomekeeper Giant in NE corner of Wakening Lands. All info about having to be Kindly or Ally faction with Kromrif is wrong. I handed him the coin at Dubious and he gave me the Tome. Take Tome back to Dragon Sage. He gives you a box, must get a Dragonbane Herb from Sirens Grotto which only drops from Seahorses, and Dragon Blood from Myga who is an easy dragon to kill in Western Wastes. Put Herb and Blood into box. Combine. Hand the Sealed Reagent Box back to Dragon Sage and he will hand you the spell. Voila! Awesome Spell!!!! I routinely do 20k - 30k dmg to dragons in Temple of Veeshan on raids

Sorry to say but this spell is USELESS! people dont buy this spell, your better off getting Hsagra's Wrath...2000 Direct Damage UNRESISTABLE to everything..so why get this spell? exactly hehe be safe all and best of wishes :-) AND HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

hsagrath's wrath This spell is USELESS! why would you use this if you can just use Hsagra's wrath which is a 2000 UNRESISTABLE Direct Direct damage..it uses the same mana has same casting and recasting time as this but you can use it on everything...dont get this spell...its garbage. Just trying to help you guys out :-) and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!

I think this sums up everything I could find.

Check the ****** at the bottom of the post if I had to put notes in on any spells. I did everything by class in descending level order.

What I did was pull any information linking drops to the spell, so should save you guys time of having to sift each link, but I posted the link anyways. With some of the spells listed, I urged to check out the link anyways.

Some of the Wizard stuff became confusing when I got to the translocate spells for various Velious zones. Not sure if they were added during Velious(towards the end) or SoL.

Also, can find nothing saying that Velious spells drop off of Kunark mobs. But it is possible Kunark spells drop off of Velious mobs (perhaps the 55+ ones), will require more searching.
