You see, I've been playing MMORPGs with nearly the same crew of people since 1999. Some of us have been meeting IRL nearly every year to go camping, meet each others families, cook out and in general have a great time.

I know who my friends are, and what my accomplishments were on this game. I have zero motivation to try to prove myself to a guild full of grown adults that are hellbent on reliving some sick childhood fantasy of being best at a video game 14 years too late. That's TMO's motif, not mine.

Shouldn't you be logging in and playing that single player RPG you call a server? You aren't allowed to raid uncontested on a box with 60 other players and join the adults in a conversation about EverQuest. Sit the fuck back down and learn your place.

IB likes to talk a big delusional game, but when you get right down to it, they can't win without cheating and/or an edge from the staff. How long into Velious before a bunch stupid proud cliques form and the guild splinters and half of them RMT off again?

I still lol every time when people say that WE were handed VP dragons by a forced rotation. Given the fact that TR/IB NEVER ONCE killed a VP dragon under duress, I'd say it's the other way around. Even FE got one.

You guys got along great with them though, including the incident where you used them as a buffer to steal triggered sky pops, something Uthgaard swept under the rug for you.

IB was the first guild to use hoop tactics. This is clear. IB did alot of things TMO learned from. After we figured out what you were doing... we started using them. IB petitioned to get them nerfed. Immediately following the hoop nerf IB started wiping all over trak.

It was laughable. I understand why your selective memory would want to change that bit of history its fucking embarrassing.

Perun didn't tag those dragons, Franswa, Supremacy, and myself did. None of us cheated either. Tagging dragons is not a difficult thing. You guys were just fucking terrible at it. Yourself on Abysis, Fauss, Drolgurd, and Galeena were a joke. FFS half the time you guys tagged them you followed zone walls and ran the wrong way because you didn't know how to use a compass.

It was pathetic. The day zeelot learned the appropriate sev spawn point after you came crying to the forums that it was wrong after being beat to yet another dragon was actually a step forward for your guild.

We also had better trackers in better positions and logged out better people who were better prepared.

If you want to talk cheating in tracking, it was the DA crew you absorbed, mountaineer I believe, that got the only suspension pre dll for seq tracking when rogean popped an invisible to track version of dracoliche. I know because he tried it on me first, and I passed.

Ahhh so you are in SoK? Tell Zeshae, Vhaevictis, and Fieldmouse I said hi. I actually live 2 blocks from vhae and hang out with him often.
