Lost Character Info Window!

Small update:

I found when I'm in my native 1920*1080 resolution whether I'm in window'ed or full screen, the character info window is missing.

But when I drop the resolution down a bit (through the eq options window), it appears in both scenarios. I'm happy to delete ui files, but I'm not sure which exactly I should if this is the appropriate fix.
