Default Odd occurrence in sebilis and trakanon teeth

Hey guys,
It's been a while since I played, seems like much has changed. But anyway, I thought I'd go grind in sebilis for a bit, and noticed when I logged in that all the characters, including myself, and even the NPCS in the zone would stop animating after a few seconds. It was not doing this in any other zone in the game. While this was frustrating, the game was still playable. So I found a group and persuaded too slay some frogs. After a few hours of this, the group dismantled and I zoned out into trakanon's teeth... much to my chagrin the same thing was happening when I zoned out. Hoping a quit reboot would fix it, I rebooted and logged back in, and now I'm completely stuck there. I can't type anything, I can't cast spells, I can't zone back into sebilis. I logged onto a different character in another zone and the game is working fine. Can anyone tell me what this problem might be? And how I could fix it?
Thanks.

tl;dr game was acting up in sebilis, logged out to trakanon's teeth and now stuck.

this is one of those issues that can be grouped with a few other glaring server-side problems plaguing the community members, which unfortunately the devs here have shrugged-off the piling complaints to the summation of "its your problem, not us" (another example: error 1018).

Fortunately the community here is always willing to offer help and support with any issue... even after the point to where the problem has been isolated as a server-side bug.

Just browse the technical forums and you will see many threads regarding the TT zone desynch issue.
