And also it's a bit different than Tunak. I tried waiting for GM involvement via petitions in game ad forum and in game /reports, submitted screenshots etc.

2 months went by with continued behavior before any action took place. They restored NW just to ban him for RL attacks. Makes no sense to punish me.
