I'd support a full implementation of item loot I only suggested a flag because many people would prolly object to putting it in this late. But the more I think about it the more I truly believe item loot would be amazing for this server and could be done without having to wipe. Give people a month warning or whatever that its going in to change their gear around, or even do it on a trial basis and see what happens. Shrug.

item loot would necessitate not god awful resists

imo call this a beta, wipe server, fix resists, add yt, add exp bonus, take exp loss in pvp out, add item loot, put sirken and nilbog in charge

I'm out if they wipe and I know many others who would be as well. I'm trying to think of ways to increase pop not kill it.

This. Can't have your cake and eat it, too. Should also be able to loot no drop items from players, because otherwise you have raid geared Nihilum fighting players (like me) in little to none no drop gear, and that's just wrong. I shouldn't have to risk all of my gear when they already have gear advantage and are risking much, much less of it.

PvP skill would certainly matter more.

Many of the no drop items, which are really only VP gear and planar gear, are bad items for pvp.

Planar gear is better than the stuff I've worked hard for here, and how 'bout Velious?

1) I'm not saying they are irrelevant or worthless but anyone can get planar gear. In VP outside of weapons which are already not loot able regardless, you have yes crown of rile / ear / robe, but to cater an entire systems implementation around that seems extreme.

2) velious isn't here yet

3) Allowing no drop armor to be looted obviously allows all loot to be transferred so we would basically playing with a FV ruleset. Nothing wrong with that, I actually like it and would support it, just pointing it out.

Would be nice to see nihilum get their guild disbanded, leadership perma banned in response to the blatant DDoS attack against Azrael today.

My vote is for item loot with FV ruleset.
