If I remember correctly, Chanty and druid with charm (some dragons at least, by charming the worms in the WW), maybe an epic mage. Not sure about necros as all the named dragons of that zone summon IIRC.

A druid is certainly capable of soloing Yeldema, although Yeldema is hardly a WW dragon; a druid soloing any of the other dragons would be a much more impressive feat.
