I'd like to point out Azrael had about 20-25 people @ the server reset trying to contest, many of them the same people on said forum saying lol unemployed.

Not me, due to afformentioned work and Tuesday being a day I can never log onto EQ. So I can still say lol unemployed and not be a hypocrit.

Then don't. This is a game and if you cannot play or don't wont to then you should not.

Some people who have different circumstances can log in at work, or play late at night. It is not like this is not exactly how it was on live. Those guilds who could mobilize the most people on a moments notice are the ones who generally won.

When you come to play R99 this is a reality that is there from the beginning.

If you don't like raid mobs you've pushed out of the other guild's convenient windows being reset 3 times in a month, then don't play...? Sounds like what much of the complaining is about. Not sure if good advice... or if you tryna be the jerk here... or its me.

My point is this.

If you can only down a boss when it falls into a small time window then your guild is not going to get a ton of boss kill. The guild which can kill in a much larger window will always get more kills long term.

You cannot expect the boss to always be in your prime kill time.
