Portions of it could be, yes. I haven't worked with it, but if there are underlying mechanics for root, stun, etc.. for pvp, then it would be part of it yes.

This would be a source bug which would also affect pve encounters. If there is a bug report already, please bump it. If not, create one with as many specifics as possible. Ideally with specific steps to reproduce.

as far as tstaff goes, it's easily reproduced by proccing a tstaff on someone who is already procced on

I agree with this poast, it's difficult cause I just started here... Need to add classic drops back (manastone/guise espeically) and ability to bind at firepots and a nice xp bonus would make pop ++++ guranteed!

Just removing xp loss in pvp will do alot for pop health im pretty sure. Now you can say, run a gang of 5 guys to a camp taken by 3 guys, boot the 3 guys, and instead of the 3 guys leaving the zone by default, if they choose they can try to jump the 5 guys when theyre in a weak situation.

I havent played in a long time and as soon as xp loss is removed ill probably play 6 hours straight with my lowbie wiz just fuckin around in pvp.

This will make the server tons more fun, makin xp grind faster isnt that important when you can offset it with large doses of pvp.

With fixed resists it will be even harder for a naked noob to kill a melee twink, but at least he wont lose xp when he gets WTF'd by one.

Now you're back to the bindrushing thing, and I can't help but see it as grief play. Clearly my idea of what constitutes acceptable behavior doesn't fly with the SZ-minded crowd we have here, but it would be nice to see players adopting some of that behavior. If bindrushing gets that bad it's just going to mean that corpse camping will become mandatory, and if players that hold themselves to higher standards will lose their camps to bindrushers. You'll never see me bindrushing I hope.

This is their SIDE recreational project, not even the main one.

They are already working on their dream car, this server is the old car they have been bugged about to fix but is sitting there in the garage under the dusty tarp.

Honestly how much time do you spend on your SIDE recreational things?

If you play EQ as your main recreational hobby im guessing you prolly dont have time for much else.

The sad truth is that this is a monarchy and not a democracy and our king has more important things on his mind then the rubble of some pesants.
