Should just let the Blue server copy their characters over. There would be a ton of people who would try the server out, saves the "i dont want to start over" qq most P99 players have, and all the top end of red could spend weeks teabagging people in good gear who are clueless to EQPvP.

Play casual and play pvp. flowers red as f*ck and dont care about xp/pixels.
Unless you never did any dragons/gods on live over the years why care so much?
the fun of a pvp server is the pvp. you can decide to pvp at any time if you look for an even or advantaged contest.
Having super loots doesnt make a lone or couple of nihi unkillable.
Also, have no allies like flowers so u can kill everyone if u wish
