Can I change the distance of the mouse zoom?

I play a bard and I was wondering if I can edit a file or something to increase the range of my mouse zoom. Its so short.

You can change views (press F9 twice) then zoom that view out using the keyboard Zoom Out. Im not sure of the default key for it, but that should suffice for what you are asking..

Go to options, keys, category: UI

Under that category there is a UI option for "Toggle Title window" I forget what the default key is, but change it to a nice easy to reach key and while you're kiting press it and you can use the mouse to spin the camera and zoom really far out with it.

The actual title window itself is resizable, so you can shrink it down, make it transparent, tuck it away under some other UI element, whatever. The key will then just work as a way to instantly get to a handy third person view with a really far zoom.
