GMs literally admitted he looked like he was RMTing but they couldn't use just IRC as proof.

I could have sold the manastone to him and then gotten him banned but that would also have gotten Heallun punished.

Obviously BDA didn't want Slydexx to give their eye to Visceral for epic.
There may or may not have been miscommunication or feigned ignorance.

I wasn't aware of this eye nonsense (I assumed BDA didn't care about eye- didn't chest just say they aren't going to try for ct given current shitfests (thus no slimeblood?)) Regardless I think it is fucking retarded that we are all being children about this,
FE should give BDA an eye back and we should all stop qqing.

This is not theft this is breach of contract. You can not steal something that was openly given to you. At most he could say is that Sly broke the agreement to return the item.

So lets look at the agreement, In my short stint in VDA i understook that epic items belonged to the bank unless they epic was about to be completed. Often we/they would give items to people who could use them prior to combining the epic. My best guess would be that sly would have been given the item and told to return it when a necro was ready to complete.

Is a BDA necro ready to complete the epic?
Did you specificly say in the agreement that if sly left the guild he would return the item?

If no to the above answers, i suggest SLY still has kept up his part of the agreement, If and when BDA has a necro ready to complete and SLY did not provide the eye as requested, we then would have a breach of contract.

In my opinion You need to wait till you are ready for a necro to take back the item before you are outraged and before sly has officaly broken your agreement.

Incorrect. If I work for you and you issue you me a laptop computer for work use and then I quit and keep the computer, it's theft, not breach.

32 pages in, as a BDA Necro, I'm irked that one of our eyes got stolen. I'd sure love to get my epic some time.

I'm disappointed that FE has let this slide. I was under the impression that most of them were decent folks. The fact that there is any attempt to justify this at all gives me a sad.
