You should petition to get your "guild" item back. The GMs have a history of intervening in similar cases. Karadin (sp?) had a weapon taken away and given back to Transcendence when he joined IB.

If anything was done it would only result with BDA being returned an Eye of Innoruuk and Visc keeping his epic. You know that server staff doesn't dismantle completed quest items. At least I've never seen a situation where they have.

Now you both know. What will FE's leadership do about this ? Will they refund Slydexx with an eye or will they refund BDA with an eye when they get another one ?

FE owes nobody anything... slydexx stole it from bda, he owes bda just because hes in a top end giuld doesnt mean you have to go after their bank...
