I forget where in the zone but there's an area in Trakanon's Teeth with a bunch of iksar ghosts going back and forth outside a building against the zone wall.
Not sure if they'd be light blue or not but it couldn't hurt to take a look with a quick EJ evac [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
