Shaman slow is WAY overrated because it takes a shit pot of mana to keep casting it. Between Haste and buffs a Shaman is always oom. There is a reason the devs gave them Canni. Solo well maybe, but in a group no way you can keep up with pull after pull slowing and healing etc.
