If pulling dragons uptop to train is OK (check)
If pulling dragons OVER n OVER thru walls is OK (check)

how can this even be questioned?

I know why, this will make it where your precious PD becomes alot more trivial for you, all the while its obvious you'll do this next time and the time after and the time after, itll just become a race to who pulls first like any other dragon.......

The issue is the rules. Its the rules... my opinion on how good or bad of a rule it is doesn't matter.
