This thread reminded me why I hadn't posted on forums lately. Northwest deleted / stripped? Samwise and others praising the deed going on about how you should protect your account, not GM's responsibility to protect people, blah blah, Nihilum punished? Praise Sirken, praise the rules, don't be a scum bag, etc. etc. Forums dumb as fuck.
Nihilum did the same thing when Holocaust was banned. In this situation the tables are turned and someone else was unequally punished. In all instances the same rule applies. If you try to dance on the fine line of what is punishable you are going to get screwed sooner or later. Don't make your decisions based on what others got away with or by taking a sentence out of context a GM posted.

Azreal and Nihilum are always going to be biased and hate on each other.

There are also others posting here that have nothing against Nihilum. You don't always have to make it an attack on Nihilum. This thread is about people deleting characters and being scum bags. You are defending the act of stealing someones gear and deleting characters, it isn't going to be a popular point of view.

If I am going to agree with you on this matter it would only be that the ones who messed with Northwest should have been banned. It isn't something you can really go back on because it would be admitting weakness on the GMs part. If it was handled incorrectly it is a shame and that is when Northwest needs to lean on his guild members to help him out. It is the same case with Nihilum, maybe they should have been banned back when Holocaust was, but no one expects them to go back on that now and ban the entire Nihilum guild.
