I'd explain another situation with Zade and my pal Minie but he'd be pissed at me for dragging it into open forum - so out of respect for probably the cleanest whistle on box I won't bother, since Sirken will just give me some bullshit anyway.

Nihilum has made their point; can't we all wait for Sirken's response before letting things devolve into utter nonsense? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Then a couple months later they decide stripping / deleting is now perma bannable, and not only that, accounts which get items are also bannable. It's this inconsistency people dislike you tards, not the actual punishment of people who do douchebag things.
Sadly if the Nortwest issue had been handled right away like the Mellow issue was (NW took 3 months, Mellow took 4 days? And they were both restored on the same day) the Mellow issue would have never happened.

The first event triggered the other.

Personally in this case I would have restored everything. Not banned anyone. Then made an announcement stating the new rules and what punishment would be if they happened again.

This was the entire problem with the situation.

GM far too often look at things in a vacuum. They don't understand the circumstances surround the events which happened which leads to many problems.

I enjoy Nihilum crying way too much, like last night in ooc when you bitches wouldn't shut up about Cooler, or now when you bitches won't shut up about how you thought it was okay to delete hours and days of people's dedication and now that it isn't your feelings are hurt.

You're all fucking crybaby bitches. Of the vocal Nihilum members only Nizzarr isn't really a bitch, he just mans up and gets even. I can't imagine what your guild chat is like.

LOL let's all grovel and suck GM's dicks so they give us favorite exceptions - cool story Pudge thanks for the insight this isn't why both guilds feel ripped off.
i didn't say anyone needed to suck a dick to get their account back. i said if you're a known asshole (*AHRM, char deleter/stripper/oocdoucher/MQ2haxorbeenbanned3timesalready) they ain't gonna want to spend hours of their time digging through logs for ya.

easy to understand examples:
1. level 50 casual player returns to the server after a long hiatus, and gives his info to a new "friend" he made over the course of a couple days of leveling. "friend" strips char's manastone. >>GMs are likely to intervene.

2. Heartbrand gets stripped. >>GMs tell him he knows the risks, as he's stripped many accounts himself...

Imagine you were on a highway and the speedlimit sign said, "there's no speed limit on this road, but we may decide to enforce one of any particular speed at any given time without warning," and then when they decide you're speeding they give you the death penalty. That's kinda how rules work on red99.
its more like, there's no speed limit, but if you crash into somebody else, you arent allowed back on the Autobahn [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
