please report all incidents of grief to Azrael officers. They should be well known by now, but for those who don't know they are Lite, Andis, Mesochrist, and Wendolyn. Forgive any newly appointed officers I didn't mention, those are the ones I know of.

Pretty much this. I provide a public service with my free ports and buffs because running around Norrath is a huge timesink, and sucks. Server has low enough population as it is, and if I can help prevent boredom even just a little I will do my part.

It wasn't really a big deal, and contacting an officer in this situation would not result in anything being done. Your officers know your members to a point, and if what Smedy says is true then they should already know what sort of player he is.

What you have to understand is only about 20-25% of Azrael actually cares about "competing" for raid mobs or what not with Nihilum. The other 75-80% are made up of casuals / cliques / griefers / meth heads etc., who couldn't give a fuck if they take trakanon from Nihilum or not, they'd rather grief newbs or farm Tranix with their cleric bot for the 166th time in a row while the rest of their guild is getting curb stomped some where.
