NPC Spawn Issue: Man Eating Creeper

Looking at the logs these are the last 8 that were spawned. Looking at it, there looks to be 2 different people doing the cycle on 2 different days. Looks like it spawns pretty quick at times. Looking back at posts from live 2000-2001, people are saying they didn't even see a spawn in 6 hrs at times.

I have seen posts saying its around a 35% chance at dropping. So Looking back, I see 9 drop out of 50 spawns.

I got 2 to spawn with guild mates buts that all in over 16 hours now.. anyway thanks for your help I guess this is one of those quests that we will be forced to skip which is very bad due to the fact that it involves getting the necro 4th rank skullcap!
