Perhaps the Server Staff could create an NPC called "A Clue" because scamming is the oldest thing since civilization. If you truly valued whatever item you want to transfer that badly you can probably afford to wait just a little while for your friends to log on.

dont worry i have some friends from my old guilds that would be happy to help me transfer [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] i was asking for ppl that dont have those friends and play on times when population is very low and are afraid to loose items on the ground.
