Giant fire beetle eye comes from queen Qlicknick or some sush only nad has a clickable 1 use effect of make enchanted silver bar. she isnt to hard to get if you really want to finish this quest to see what the reward is but its probly not all that great
the other items aside from the head are very easy to get

the giant fire beetle eye should have one charge of enchant silver on it.. the one from queen kliknik in qeynos does, unless that has been changed.
