Szeth the monk should have never been unbanned. He was sold as RMT, so whatever RMTer ended up with him still got what he paid for in the end as now the character is running around.

What the fuck....?

I don't see the point of cracking down on RMTing if the accounts are just going to get banned later on down the line, it makes no sense.
