Necro bug summary
**Updated Feb 11** I'd really appreciate a dev response to this. It has been almost 2 1/2 months and no word at all on a fix for any of these problems, which quite significantly effect necro viability.

Thanks for making this, also I believe the lv 12 lifetap dot has the same problem and possibly the 49 one. Could we get some clarification from some higher level necs?

Confirmed : The 49 pet also does NOT dual wield.

Its also hard to confirm, because of the how the hitpoint / mana system works, but im pretty sure Call of Bones is dealing more damage than its supposed to.
Its supposed to do about 11 damage a tick, but now its doing like 15 or so.

I thought our mana regen conversion were:
lv 8 = 2m / 4hp (Dark Pact) lv 20= 4m / 8hp (Allure of Death) lv 34= 8m / 16hp (Call of Bones) lv 49= 20m / 32hp (Lich) Is this wrong?

That's correct insidious, those should be the numbers. Also I edited OP to include extra information.
If you have more to add, please post.

Interesting bit of information....
I was messing around in Paw last night using the level 39 (caster level) pet spell, gave my pet a gnoll whip in his primary slot and a dagger of dropping in his offhand slot. I saw both stuns (from the whip) and weakness (from the dagger) being cast in the combat log. Stupidly I didn't log it or look for a "lobobtik pierces..." message so I can't confirm if dual wield is working, but I saw off hand procs. I'll try to repeat again tonight and come back with more definitive infos.

It might have already crossed your mind, but procs are independent of the number of swings. Proc rate depends on which hand a weapon is in (secondary lower proc rate than primary), the proc rate of the weapon in question (some have different proc rates, and your dex (guess this applies to pets as well, but stats and pets are different from stats and pc's)
Basically even if for some reason swings are set to zero for the offhand or disabled, if there is a flag of some sort for that slot for a proc, it wouldn't be surprising to see it fire. All in how it is coded.

Correct. Offhand weapons can proc even though the offhand isn't swinging. For a pet, that is. I don't know how it works for players.
